Founded by a former Spy Force agent known simply as Charlie, Charlie's Agents has since grown into a major competing espionage agency. Charlie's Agents are comprised mainly of spies who have been rejected from other agencies.

Shortly after it's creation, Charlie's Agents went on to organize a coup d'état to overthrow the founder of Spy Force, Boss Man, following his corruption scandal with Sepp Blatter.
